Our herbal cough and immune booster syrup are just in time for the cold and flu season! The herbs we use in our formula will not only dissolve and expel mucous but also acts as an immune booster to assist your immune system to do what it was already designed to do, keep you from getting sick. When you have a cough it is best to NEVER suppress the natural responses of the body. A cough is the body's natural defense of helping to clear the lungs of mucous. Once the mucous membranes in the lungs trap pathogens, viruses, and bad bacteria the cough is what helps to push the mucous out. If you suppress a cough, over time it will then allow those trapped invaders to break through the mucous and will cause you to get sick. A good cough will always be productive and our herbal cough syrup will in most cases produce a cough so that mucous can be expelled. It is also good to drink water to help loosen the mucous so when you cough you will see the mucous that is being expelled.
